This is a very unique service that few companies offer.

We take a part, (normally steel or steel wire, but could be any metal) automatically pre-heat it and then dip it into a fluidized bed of PVC powder. The PVC Powder is heat bonded to the part, it is then re-heated to melt the powder and also to cure it to the metal part. This process is much more expensive than Powder Coating, but the finish is much thicker (15 to 30 Mills) and very tough.

This coating is sometimes used to provide cushion, other times to protect items from scratching.
